How many people here didn't go to college? And if you didn't, how are you doing right now?

not sure if im glad or not

im not exactly doing financialy well right now.....

if i went, i could have graduated last year

could be worse i suppose.

i learned a dead-end trade :smile:

I went for a year, but all I did was party. I had no direction, didn't know what I wanted to do, couldn't even pick a major, so I decided I'd just go back to making money in a place where I knew I needed no degree...construction. 2 decades later I'm doing pretty well.

I am still kind of going, off and on, last semester I almost went full time :smile:

I was very lucky though, I have a pretty good job and unlimited opportunity. Still wish I could get the motivation to graduate with a degree, I want to have limitless options in life :wink:

I went, partied, didn't really know what I wanted to study. I decided to just go part time to a community college, then I transfered to a university. I 'should have' graduated a few years ago. I love what I do, I work in a lab, I really pay attention to my classes because I care about them. I wasn't like that at 19. I feel behind or something, but I will graduate in a semester or two, and probably get paid to go to grad school. I love what I do. I have friends who just graduated to graduate, and they really aren't happy doing what they do, or they studied something they have no desire to do anything with.

What I do know is every one must follow their own path because it is right for them. This is right for me. I love my life. I feel like I lived and enjoy my youth and life. That is what fulfills me.

i went, for a couple of years.

im a landscaper now...

i dig it (heehee, thats a pun)

but maybe, just maybe someday i will go back..... i would like to know more about chemistry :smirk:

I went to a good college for four years and got my bachelor of the arts in english and american literature.

didn't even graduate high school.

now i'm running an independant sex shop.

things are good.

could be better (as always), but i'm not complaining....

Went one semester said fuck it. I felt i'd rather get a pretty good job and go back later (I didn't want to be in debt). Now i'm a union Ironworker and I have plenty of time to go back and take some classes during the winter when there are no jobs going on. I'm just too happy to not be working to do school work during that time though.
