And while I do love night runs, they're not much run when a cop car is attempting to follow you

On the other hand, I've been doing sets of fifteen pushups (I'm really out of practice) every ten minutes...pushups/pull-ups/crunches are safe to do every day/consecutively, aren't they?

Safe? Yes. Practical? No.

First off, what are your goals? Do you have access to a "real" gym? If you really do a good pushup / pullup routine, then you can probably maintain your current muscle level and maybe even put some muscle on, but you've got to rest at least one day between working them.

For pushups and crunches, me and a few friends will hang out with a deck of cards. Whatever card you draw, off of the top, is how many pushups (or crunches, or pullups, whatever), you've got to do. you won't get super ripped from just pushups and pullups, however. not targeting the specific muscles enough

Fuck that though, I love gyms, people arnt so great but have they ever been? I dont think I'd pay to go to a gym though, not yet atleast.. but I go to a free one all the time at like 2-3 in the morning, so I tend not to see anyone anyways.. I also run atleast 3-4 times a week, atleast 2-4 miles.. Stoned off my ass but hell I get shit done and thats the only way to do it.. Hell yea I still get the munchies and shit and I chow down like crazy but all I eat is natural, healthy food.. I mean thats all you have to do, you dont have to cut down at all, just dont stuff your face with Big Macs and fries all the time and you should be alright... Some people let themselves go just because they begin to regularly smoke, and if your one of those people who blame it on smoking.. You're lying to yourself, I smoke cig's and weed atleast 5 times a day, you're just a lazy fuck. The truth hurts but once you get over it you can move on and better improve your living, just word of thought.. Im sorry im high.

How can you not like people at gyms?

Believe it or not, I've met some of the most fascinating people in my life recently from networking at gyms.

I always lift with headphones on, but all you need to do is spot someone struggling to get a heavy weight up, maybe help them throw up an extra rep or two and boom, instant friendship. I've scored so much wild shit and met crazy connections just from giving a random person a lift off. lol

But just run for the sake of running. It's hard to get motivation to run, but once you do all of that's gone and you're just running.... too late now, but next time get our ass outside and run. I think I might have a nice midnight run tonight. It's so relaxing. And the endorphine rush alone is reason enough to get high! I mean.... run!! 

When all else fails, take a single bong rip or a few tokes off a joint like I do. :bongload:
