i get to see Phil Tomorrow!!! ::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon: i will be the happiest boy on earth if he plays sugaree. he has played it a few times this tour, so my fingers are crossed. its gonna be so great to enjoy the music with so many other people who appeciate it as much as i. only 24hours and i'll be staring at phil and his friends spacing out to the jams    :gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon::gd_icon:

I doubt he'll play Sugaree since he played it last night and he doen't usually repeat a song in two consecutive shows. Have fun though! I'll be seeing him in Indy, Chicago and 10k.

I'll know he'll play a cosmic charley just for me ha ha.

phil was awesome  :gd_icon: :gd_icon: my roomate fucking bailed on me so i had to drive down alone. however i was lucky enough to meet up with krishna as soon as i arrived, recognized him right away. it was my first phil show and i was blown away by his playing. i really loved joan osbourne's singing too. setlist:

Set 1: Althea>
The Other One>
Cold Roses>
Cryptical Envelopment>
Cold Roses
Candyman Blues>
Candyman
Casey Jones

Set 2: Bird Song
Watchtower>
Nobody Girl>
China Doll>
Nobody Girl> Jam>
Unbroken Chain>
Jam> The Wheel>
Chinacat Sunflower>
I Know You Rider

E: Donor Rap/Intro
A Little Piece For You

i made it to the front row for the end of the 1st set. i was right in "the phil zone" next to the speaker. phil rocked out sooooooooo hard during casey jones, i was beginging throuroughly vibrated by the bass line. the highlight of my night was "all along the watchtower" , holy shit i had fucking chills it was so amazing. chinacat >rider was badass too, however i missed hearing jerry's ripping guitar licks...during china doll i also thought how awesome it would be to have jerry here singing it instead of joan. it was a great night, im thinking of catching the chicago show on sunday...its only a six hour drive, phil is weell worth it :gd_icon::gd_icon:
