These guys are half the price of Fungi Perfecti or anyone else I have found. They are in Miami and reliable. I had my order the next day. There was a slight cosmetic defect, I called expecting them to tell me to shove it it was just a rough milliong spot on outside did not affect operation at ALL! The next day I had another new one, they picked the other up and returned at their own cost. That is service! They are honest and reliable. Remeber 15lbs. of pressure is not enough info. Get the biggest you can afford that also has a Temperature Gauge. If you go over 250f, your substrate will carmilize and cause slow, poor, growth and fruiting as well as mutations. This is straight from Stamet's in the Mushroom Cultivator.
Check out their page. They carry 21 brands of cookers, I like All American. Just make sure it has a metal to metal seal, NOT a rubber gasket. Then, that it has a temperature gauge as well as presssure. With these guys even the lowest budget can afford the best equipment......Mr.G
P.S. I just bought a AA-921 for agar and petri dishes and it only cost 123.95. I paid twice that for a smaller All American at Fungi Perfecti.....Here is there address and numbers.

Just trying to help some people. i saw some chatting where they were paying much more and i know FP and some of the companies are robbing people blind. Do you carry the Big All American that has its own heat source and just plugs into the wall? If so how much?
