Cooking and Canning with the All American Pressure Cooker/Canner!!! This is the best canner to own! This is an extremely nice and shiny professional-size pressure cooker. It is of deluxe cast aluminum with the exclusive "Metal to Metal" seal. The lid seals with six Bakelite wing nut handles, all in excellent shape. The handle on the lid is also Bakelite and in excellent shape. It has the pressure guage and the release valve. There's a very tiny crack on the glass of the guage. You can barely see it! It is of 21 1/2 quart liquid capacity and will hold up to 19 pint jars or 7 quart jars. It weighs 24 pounds. Included with the cooker is a metal bottom tray and a recently purchased instruction and recipe manual for it. E-mail me with any questions. As this is an auction, item is "as is". Will ONLY accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks - NO Personal Checks. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. Payment is to be received within 14 days after end of auction. Thanks for bidding!
