Sending underwear in the mail

So what would be the cheapest way to send one or two pairs of underwear through the mail? small box? large envelope? brown envelope? bubble wrap envelope?

and i remember someone here posted about a usps special where they were giving away 500 free boxes, is that still goin on?

probably just regular US mail. You'll have to pay a little more postage but you can mail it.

what kinda envelope then? i doubt they fit in my regular sized envelopes. and i dont want they to get too wrinkled (yea wierd i know), so would i have to get those big brown enveloped? how much more is postage for those?

and if i could get those 500 free boxes thatd be cool but what would the postage for that be? ould it be cheaper that way or to jsut buy big envelopes with cheaper postage?

yah, you can just get a brown envelope and send that. Postage goes by weight so the heavier the pkg the more you pay. If you want to pay around 4 bucks you can get it sent priorty mail. They have those envelopes for free at the post office and your package will arrive sooner.

USPS gives away 500 EVELOPES, i know this cuz they are made of tyvek and i got shit tons of it... cant remember the site tho ill try to find it... it takes like 2-3 weeks for them to send it too...

Another tip: the boxes come shipped in around 2 weeks, and come in a larger white box, 25 to a box. So dont order 500 unless you have lots and lots of room. 50 doesnt sound like alot but i fill up my entire closet with them...

i dont want a (nother) federal offense

So Im lookin at either the priority mail flat rare envelope 12.5"x9.5"
Its got a flat rate of $4.05 :smile:

What you guys think?

Or would the priority mail envelope  6"x10" be better? Im only gonna be sending underpants and I doubt Ill be sending more than one or two per package at a time, so the weigh-in would be rather cheap right?
