Easy to digest late night snacks

It's 10:41, I'm going to go to bed at 2:00am. I don't want to eat something that is like..hard to digest or heavy or anything like that. I'm just hungry and I want something light. Not necessarily like fruit. I'm OK with fruit I guess but it's not my favorite.
What do you guys eat for late night snacks?

I second the cereal.
Special K with strawberries and cold milk is by far the greatest stoner munchie food.
Popcorn is always good. Makes you think your eating but your not.

prunes (haha only funny cause you know why ), but they do digest very well
Steamed Asparagus is a good late-night snack that digests well and taste great plain. (to me anyways)
Cereal always hits the spot. Most dairy products especialy milk and yogurt will put you to sleep in a jiffy.

Cereal is good.
Sometimes I'll prepare a plate of hummus topped with ground spices, olives, tomato, small bit o' extra virgin olive oil drizzled atop, and served with toasted flatbread/pita for dipping.
Another great late night snack I enjoy are those potsticker or gyoza dumplings you can buy at most markets (if you have a Trader Joes around you, definitely go there now and check out their freezer section!). For the late night endeavor, I aim for the Thai Vegetable Gyoza which is very low on fat yet still damn tasty. I'll fry those in a bit of oil until they get crispy (keep your oil hot and the dumplings will not absorb much at all), then take romaine lettuce leafs (or any sturdy lettuce leaf), place a gyoza or two in a leaf, top with some soy sauce and a ground chili-garlic paste (Sriracha will do), and get to munchin. Light, surprisingly meaty in flavor, with great texture. If you're lookin' for something a little more filling, consider adding a scoop of rice to this finger food.
In fact, I'm going to make these right now - and if my cam has batteries in it I'll even post a thread detailing the very easy process
