cobweb or ? on agar? (Pic)

here is a half pint with peroxidated PDA. a tamp isolate was quartered, each piece put into a half pint. The other three have barely acclimated themselves to their new medium, and just today began growing out. Maybe 1/16 of an inch since being transferred last week. This jar on the other hand is going mad. I have seen cobweb in casings many times, but this doesn't remind me of that(maybe it just because it is on a flat surface). Is it cobweb mold? Or some other type of mold? I am fairly certain, at this point, that it it is not mycelium.

Ahh. oh well, the other three pieces are just beginning to grow onto the peroxidated agar with no signs of contamination, hopefully they will be okay. They are reminding me of a stubborn child who doesn't want to do something.
