What does your average diet consist of?

I have a really slow digestion, my usual diet is

breakfast: 2-3 slices of bread with cheese and usually some kind of meat (ham, salami pate etc)
lunch: usually no lunch
Usually some daily fruit
dinner: usually 6 days of, meat (~200g), veg(~200g), potato (~100g)
1 day of junk food dinner, usually fried food
Then there is at least one munchie night with chocolate, crisps, candy etc :laugh:
My drinks usually consist of OJ, aplleJ or light soda and one beer a day (except for weekends when there is usually one drinking night)

I usually eat one meal a day. One big, fatty meal... the only reason I am not obese (yet dashingly chubby) is because I haul speakers and cables around all day.

Fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fish

Grilled boneless chicken breast

Raisen bran cereal

A pound of bacon, 6 eggs.

/Puke that up

A piece of dry toast. 

A 12-pack of Icehouse; wine or liquor as needed later in the evening.

Some order-in food.  Vomit it all back up.

Water, and a shot of Everclear to help me sleep. 

Ketchup Packets to balance out sodium levels.

Vegetables every day

I work at bars and venues, and I get free meals and drinks, So with each bar, I have one meal that I always order....

chicken salad sandwich - monday
Prime rib sandwich- teusday
wednesdays usually off
Thursdays - cobb salad
Fridays - Fish and chips
Saturdays - Ribeye steak and potato
Sundays - lesbian made hamburger.
