How was your Easter?

We went out with my parents, brothers, grandparents, aunt/uncle (and there 2 little girls) to brunch which was pretty good.
Then this is where it gets bad. my Aunt (whos 6 years older then me and am pretty close with) and my uncle were over. My Uncle always talks bad about his family. His parents are divorced and his father was a reverend and is a scumbag (he got booted for sexual misconduct...). He talks bad about his Mom but she seems like a nice lady to me when i met her and my parents like her also. Same thing with his sister.
my Uncle has no job. They had a baby almost 2 years ago and he has been staying at home since then taking care of the baby. Hes well educated and can get a good job but hasnt been at one job for more then 2 years... My aunt researches drugs and shit like that and i would guess makes over $150,000 a year.
There were a few beers drank and this dude starts on his father. he was pissed dude saying how his father told him to get a job and basically just talking shit. It was really innappropraite for easter with the mixed company... And you could tell my aunt was embarrased.
Also my Uncle spends loads of money. I mean he has a porsche that he races a lot and works on all the time, they have a huge house (for only 3 of them), huge tvs, entertainment center, a couple cars (new silverado, old taurus, and a jeep), a boat, etc...
Anyways it pissed me off and it pissed my grandpa off a lot. Hes like 80 and after they left went off on that shit...
So yea bad Easter lol. What about yall?

I skipped church with my gf and ate @ Corams.
I came home and took a nap.
I went to Starbucks with my mom.
Now I'm here.
Too bad I have to study for a test tomorrow. I'll study when Family Guy is over.

I can barely walk, I ate so much ham. My mom sent me home with a three grocery bags full of food because as usual, she cooked enough for the town.
Ham sandwiches for lunch all this week.

You should pray harder to the Easter Bunny then....

my easter was great...i dont really back christianity but i love spending time with the fam. i went down to my aunt's got to play nerf gun war with my lil cousins and go on an easter egg hunt. its funny how being around kids just makes u feel like one again. it kinda also makes u feel old too, my aunt hid eggs for all us old 20somethings in the family too as a gag. so i collected my eggs. then i was thinking i havent done that in probably 13-14yrs , it doesnt feel that long ago where does the time go? :-P

I cleaned up my apartment and finished off a few boxes that I hadn't gotten around to unpacking. Cooked some burritos and am now trying to get rid of a bunch of film and video textbooks I don't want around anymore. Using CraigsList as of now.

My brothers and their familys were over at my parents house, for a big dinner, I was too of course. But it was not that exiting. Watching a rerun of Seinfield and checking messages...

I loved easter this year. I made my daughters basket myself instead of buying one of those shitty premade baskets. and it cost me $50 to make it but it was so worth it seeing the smile on her face when she saw what the Easter Bunny left at her door over night! It makes me feel so awesome to see her smile
