Bacon Sangwhiches

I used to eat them all the time when I was a kid. Bacon and bread. Cheese and lettuce is good on them too, but tomato is too much, it detracts from the bacon and makes it too saladified. Nothing beats good ol plain ol bacon and white bread though.

I like my bacon sammich on sourdough with cream cheese and a dash of garlic and pepper.

And I agree, mayonaisse is horrid.

I think its time to put the mayonaise down and use cream cheese.
