they change the virus into food and digest it together with the blood, they enjoy people with aids just as much as people without aids

Mozzies are pretty thin on the ground here, but we do have midges.Whole areas of the highlands are uninhabitable at certain times of the year.I have seen grown men, run into freezing cold lochs, at 5 in the morning, just to escape them! :thumbdown:

yes thats true, its mostly because the levels of HIV that are in human blood are very low compared with the malaria virus and other viral diseases that are transferred by insects. the HIV virus particles are insufficient to spread aids to the next person the mosquito bites

It really sucks when they are about the size of your thumb... and there are 5000 around you at any given moment.

I remember camping last year with my buddies.  We would come out of our tents, first thing in the morning with pants, hoodies, all zipped up and tucked it.  The hoods were up n strung up tight, we looked like fucking astronauts.

Of course, the first thing we'd do is walk over to the cooler and chug the first bottle of beer we got our hands on.  You know.  To numb the pain.    :dead:

I have been liveing in the south for a long time, either I don't notice them anymore or they don't like my blood. Some tips don't eat/drink anything sweet(sodas, fruits, candy, ect ect)

I've had to stop going out at night because of the mosquitos here in Oahu, unless I'm going to be constantly moving. I don't know why, but it seems like they are out at night mostly.

It sucks.. no matter where I go, they are there. Every square foot of every part of this island, they are there. It will take 20 seconds tops for one to find you.
