More trade ratings abuse

Please BAN user "run_rabbit_run" for abusing trade ratings. I never traded with him/her.
And please don't just give them a warning this time. Ban the moron. People know what they're doing when they are giving false trade ratings, it more than likely wasn't a mistake.

Another thing. Could you admins put a BIG OBVIOUS notice that tells people when giving a trade rating that any false trade ratings is an immediate bannable offense? No more warning bullshit. If morons can't follow the rules they shouldn't be here.
Maybe just put a warning in big red letters saying something to the effect of "If this rating is not in regards to an actual trade that has taken place your account will be banned from this site".
