Hunger Elimination Tek

Hunger elimination  tek:
1) Gather the following:
1 frozen banana
instant oats
peanut butter(chunky)
milk

2) Thaw the banana, mash to a pulp, then mix with an equal volume of instant oats

3) Microwave until it begins to puff up.

4) Stir in a glob of peanut butter

5) pour milk on top

(optional) sprinkle cinnamon on top.

It's uh, good. :smile:
