Erb smokers

I have a drug test tomorrow and smoked massive bong loads two nights ago. (Didnt know test was coming up) Now i'm skinny and have an incredibly fast metabolism and get a ton of exercise daily. (bball player) I'm confident that I can pass this test but I wanna make 100% sure. I've been drinking a lot of water and am going to get some kind of detox thing at a smoke shop.

Here's my question, I heard that those wheat grass shots at Jamba Juice do a good job or flushing your system. Anyone have any experince with it?

if you drink alot of water to flush your system you should take some vitamine C so your pee gets a normal look.

3 days .. well it depends on how regular you smoke pot I think but good luck

4 days since hitting it? Your boned for the most part... High metabolism or not. The only thing you can really do other than substitution (or catheterization, which isn't recommended as you could get a raging UTI) is to drink A LOT of water prior to going in and peeing. You'd need to dilute it with as much water as you can get down your throat without throwing it back up. You should be peeing like crazy prior to going in, then you start to pee in the toilet and only catch the mid section of your pee stream as this is generally the cleanest portion... Vitamin B is what you need to make it yellow... not C.
