Is there a way to resize a gif?

I want to resize this gif that I have, but I am afraid that it will fuck it up. Any suggestions? It is 69 KB too big to upload for my new avatar. :frown:

I had some kind of gif editing app on my other box that allowed the resizing of animated gif files..
I used it to resize this

But I also used that app to make the image.. if you still need it, I can get you the link to it or whatever.

this site has FREE, online tools to resize, and other things, nothing to download.

Shit! That site can't accept files larger than 400 KB.:sad: Fuck it. I am about to get my new laptop and I'll just download a program then. Thanks for the help. If anybody knows a site that will resize files that are less than 700 KB, then let me know. Peace.
