Life After the PF Tek, where to?

Hello. I have been frustrated by attempts to find where to go after I have successfully run through the PF Tek a couple times. I know I want to:
-crumble cakes and use them to spawn a substrate
-begin some culture jars to use to innoculate the cakes, etc.
-isolate a strain
Where is all the advice for intermediate growers? Please help! Much thanks, Kit

Go to casings or spawn compost or dung.
Those would be the next logical steps

could someone help with tek for spawning and growing with horse dung, have done several searches and the 3m dung tek is not available.
