hello.  :frown: I have a cold *sniffles and sneezes* I ache all over and my throat feels like someone's dragged a cheese grater down the back of it. owyowyowww. I hate the wicked nasty winter.
I know there isn't a cure for cold but has anyone any remedies or tips that might make me feel better? I'm currently sipping on a lemsip.

ha, well actually golden seal tenicture, really did work well for me. Check it out, health food stores have it.

next to that, sleep, hot water and lemon...

lots of rest... as relaxed as you can get (not feeling sorry for your self and getting tensed up becouse your sick...)

when i'm sick i wait for the peak of the deseas and drink a hot hash drink (LOADS of hash is key... you CANT resist being "calm" you just melt away and you get a GOOD sleep becouse you're THAT stoned no metter how sick you are) and they day after i feel much better but still do my best to relax for the day and than... it's over!

1) you are forced to drink shitloads of water.
2) it has more vitamin C, as well as a copious amount of other needed nutrients, than an orange.


really good for a sinus infection as well, since they make your sinuses drain.

i'm sick too, pixie!
the other day i was laying down and had the chills. the only thing that i wanted was someone elses' body heat, but i was alone. :sad:

now my throat really hurts and my arms & legs are all achey.

yeah the one thing that makes me feel better is to have a pretty girl dote on me, make me tea, put  movie on for me, maybe some soup.

otherwise i just sit through it like a lobster on a rock.
