Has anyone been to Costa Rica? Im going in a few weeks, and want to know some basic info about it. Such as, how are the police there? Are they relaxed about drug use, or drug purchasing? I mean I am a white tourist, so it seems to me theyd cut me more slack, just based off economic interests alone. Columbia is pretty close so is cocaine available there for pretty cheap?

Wow that was a good link. I had always thought that Costa Rica was very laxed when it cane to drugs.
