WTF is up with this...?

Now before I go and make a big stink of this; and maybe look like and "idiot" in the process...

I recently purchased the first and second season of Ren and Stimpy at Best Buy for $50.

Not but three days later I see the same box set at none other than Wal-Mart for $30.

Before I go on a mad consumer "WTF spree..."

Is the product I received at Best Buy in any way different than the same same product being offered(for $20 less) by Wal-Mart?

If it is the same product than I am gonna bitch out Best Buy and get my $20 back...

If it is a different product... then I guess the rumors are true and that Wal-Mart does indeed impose censorship upon us in an undisclosed manor! OMG Wake up call to us all...

My guess is the product is the same, I'd also guess that bitching at Best Buy isn't going to do anything.  It's worth a try though. :shrug:

I got my Ren and Stimpy Seasons 1 and 2 from Target for $30 last year and it is completely uncensored. Sounds like Best Buy just raped you. It never hurts to try to get 20 bucks back, though, even without a receipt. Ask to speak to the store manager maybe.

*this is not a flame, it is a fact:*

Best Buy is the most craptacular scam-artist corporation in consumer electronics today. I should know- I used to work for their pc repair section. I'd suggest returning the product and shopping elsewhere.

Im gonna go ahead and try to deal with these people...

From where I am and what I do for a living I think we should all be civil human beings and be able to make a "deal"

That deal being me getting $20 towards a future purchase...
