Well as a practical matter you should consider a number of things:

1. In the immediate future, how "good" of a job is this? You said you'd do it for free but you'll need to make enough money to support yourself.

2. While it may be a "dream job" a lot of times working in the field of psychedelics as a professional loses it's glamour after a while. For instance after several months it will probably become "just another job".

3. Are you concerned about "advancement" within the job? For example, is this something you'll do for years? or is it temporary? etc.

4. It does seem slightly shady. I'm not familiar with entering and working in foreign countries but it seems many of foreigners I work with have problems with visa's etc. Is this guy really going to go through all the trouble of obtaining visa's, getting you in the country, and helping you out for a minimum wage, unskilled job? COuldn't he find help within his own country? It's kind of like saying: "I need to hire a janitor to clean my toilets....I know! I'll fly somebody over from europe". Doesn't make much sense.
