i've used kanna before, it was pharm grade, really nice and totally worth it, what i wanna know is if anyone here has tried this method ( as mentiend here ) the chewing method as done by the hottentots tribe of africa, the stuff i had, tasted like shit, it was so strong and nasty i can't imagine chewing the whole dried plant, i smoked/snorted the pharma grade kanna with great success, has anyone made a tea or chewed it? how did you get around the taste? i wanna come back and play with it some more, need idea's on it.

I used the chewing method to cure my depression/anxiety/agoraphobia, and it worked. Used it for two months, after that I didn't need it anymore. Worked better than the SSRIs I used to take. Gives a nice buzz too, lasts 12 hours or so.

Anyway, I chewed it in a piece of gum, cinnamon flavor seemed to go best with it. Pharm grade tasted pretty nasty, but I actually liked the flavor of the regular kanna. I also preferred the effects of the regular kanna over the pharm grade, 250 mg gave me a strong buzz all day, 100mg was enough for good mood elevation. I should add that I bought the pharm grade and regular grade from different vendors.
