fuck the ufc. dana white has made it a big pile of crap. only good things left in the UFC are arlovski, st pierre and babaloo...hopefully they'll realize the guy paying them is a greedy cocksucker

There is much speculation of Tito Ortiz getting Don King involved.

Don King could really blow Dana White out of the water, and bring the much needed attention to MMA in USA, and get fighters the pay that would rival PrideFC - but, at the same time, he comes with his own dark sides as well.

Here is something I read off another MMA site, on just this subject:

I say he is far over qualified to promote mma events. If your hung up on the moral and ethical past of the man, I doubt the fighters who might finally have a chance to make a real pay check care much what he did in the past."

UFC isn't nearly as good as it used to be. They should go back to it being more underground again with the origonal rules, WAY BETTER fighting. No weight classes and no gloves. Alot of you are probably thinking well thats no fair because all the big guys will win, that wasn't true at all. Gracie ( about a 180lbs guy) won all three of the origonal UFC's!!!! And I remmeber this one dude who was around 170-180 beat a 400lbs+ guy.

The fighting was amazing, none of this pussy glove and powdered up rules so it can be on TV and be in more states for more money. I wan't too see the good fighting again!

The fighting is ten times better than it was back then. There is nothing pussy about it. The gloves don't do anything besides protect your hands from breaking. No gloves means no one will risk throwing punches. Other than that, what more do you want? Their aren't many rules, and although I think a couple that could be changed, namely knees on the ground there is still plenty of action.

The days long past were just 'tough guys' who wanted to fight. The people nowadays train full-time. They get paid enough to do that, which is a good thing.

Skill level it is at its highest as ever since the sport is constantly evolving and the athletes have had almost 2 decades to train.
