No. Federal law makes all parts of the plant Lophophora williamsii Schedule 1 illegal drugs. This includes the seeds.

True, what they said but no one knows by looking at them what they are. They look a lot like pedro seeds or other types. I've never heard of a bust just for seeds. I know places I can get them.

To answer your question, yes they are illegal in the US. Is it likely you'll get caught? No. They are just tiny little seeds.

If you do a google search, you can find folks that will ship them to you. They are SLOW growing.
