I heard that the Sony Nightshot feature did that on its own at first but they tweaked it a bit so it doesn't do that now.  I own both a Sony video camera and a Sony digital stills camera, both with the nightshot feature, and neither one does that.  Maybe with the addition of that filter I could go around snapping nudes of unsuspecting women.
