What are the absolute best gloves one can get at either Wal-Mart or Home-Depot for one's glovebox?
Cheerio.

you can either just use gloves over your hands which provides best maneuverability, or you can seal gloves to the box for a little better sterility, in which case you should get the longest gloves you can find. there are very long gloves for cleaning fishtanks that go all the way up your arms. ive never had a problem with normal gloves over my hands not sealed up or anything.

if you want to attach to the box itself, yes.
its fine to just have holes in the box to stick arms through and just have normal latex gloves.

Try to get black chemical gloves from Home Depot or something. The ones I have seen are the length of a forearm. Cut holes in your box, insert 4" pvc couplers and seal with silicone caulk. Fit the gloves over the pvc piping on the inside and clamp them there tight with one of those washer hose clamps (also at home depot).

I remember somebody here just used none!, just had holes for the arms and a spray bottle of bleach or alcohol inside. Stick your arms in and spray each arm down with disinfectant and then work away, no-rubber, bareback style

hey if you get ah old of a "Farm Tek" catalog www.farmtek.com there are plastic gloves for inseminating cows well they reach just up to your armpit or further. You will get 100 to a box for about $3. plenty to use for a while hence disposable. and also very easy to tape to glove box
