anyone know any sites that give listings for festivals?? or anyone know of any good festivals in the mid west?

There's a CORN festival going on right at my front door. People and CORN everywhere. I swear this town worships CORN or something. It's crazy.
There's a huge parade going on right now.....and it just started raining.

The term Midwest is pretty general. You could mean Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, or even the Dakotas. Maybe Nebraska is calling itself the Midwest, too.

Minnesota has 10,000 Lakes, an hour or two from Fargo, North Dakota. Lawrence, Kansas has Wakarusa. These are major festivals with tens of thousands of attendees. A somewhat smaller festival is Schwagstock, a few hours west of St. Louis, MO. You might also want to consider Bonnaroo, in Manchester, TN, and All Good in Masontown, WV. Depending upon what part of the Midwest you live in, they might be close.

Unfortunately, all of these festivals have already taken place. The festival season is dying down for the Midwest, but there are still a few smaller festivals here and there. Nelson Ledges near Cleveland, OH, and the Zoe Camphitheater (home of Schwagstock) in Missouri are having Halloween events. Bring warm clothes!

By the way, Hookahville is outside of Columbus and took place on Sept. 2-3. I opted to go to moe.down in Turin, NY, instead.

i live in MN,......10,000 lakes and HarvestFest are both pretty amazing ive heard, but i havent made it to either of them.

the festival season this year is pretty much over up here.

yeah i went to schwag for the first time this year and it was my first festival and i loved it. i plan on going to all the ones i can get to in any of the midwest next year.
