Thai is the best Asian food, ever!  Well, other than General Tso's Chicken which is Chinese.  Still all good. :smile:

Rare steak is the best kind of steak :laugh: , I prefer Lamb > Beef , but rare steaks are good ^_^  a tablespoon of viniger to olive oil , and alot of black pepper , and what ever thujone spice you prefer ( Culinary sage, mugwort, wormwood, hell tansy, something bitter :wink:just coat outside of steak with this , outside chars nice , inside stays rare, I love it  -Tranceharper

Eh , I use a small group of spices :smile: a thujone containing one ( as listed , sage , or members of Artemisia genus ) black pepper , I dont use much salt however , basil, dill, and chile peppers . I ate so many TV dinners in my life , I prefer not to add salt to my food unless absolutely needed -Tranceharper

Yea, I'm not much of a salt person myself.

Just anything to make it spicier. Cajun, Chile, etc...

Chile is a great spice , I prefer the crushed red chilies as a ' spice ' , any pickled pepper with exception of jalapenos ( I dont like the taste , and not spicey enough to warrent it ) are good . Dill also , is something not enough people cook with in my opinon . one really simple recipe everyone should know of :

Sliced Cucumbers
Mayonase
black pepper
salt ( yeah I know, you need just a few sprinkles )
Dill , sliced the cuces fairly thin, and stir in mayo, the point is to lightly coat the stuff, its 'Cucumbers with mayonase and dill ' not 'mayonase with cucumbers and dill ' :wink: this is a great and quick recipe , its good room temperature, but best chilled - Tranceharper
