yeah pad thai reheats well I made a large batch last night so there was plenty left makes for a great lunch

pad thai is quite easy to make it helps to have a large saute pan or better yet a wok just about all the ingredients you can find in any good supermarket.

Something called "Chicken divine with wine" It's a bunch of fried vegetables with chicken in it, and, apparently some wine too.


I'm working at the archives for the fairgrounds in this city, and the fair is actually on right now, so this is fair food.

Fridays, we work thru lunch, leave early. But my answer is 2 COLD beers. :grin:  Thanks again for the visit. We'll see how it looks for a Full Moon shroom-athon :mushroom2: in the city, Oct. or Nov. I think my building  is good for 6-10 people, maybe more.
