ok here we go again... note that i'm typing this up in notepad so that it won''t get screwed again... hehehe
i haven't given up with the chick... at least not yet... but the situation is pretty complicated... first off i can rarely be alone with her... since over here everybody is still on summer vacation from school she hangs with her girlfriends ALL THE TIME... and one of her girlfriends is my ex... i broke up with my ex because i am moving to cologne (among other reasons like the fact that we didn't connect like i thought we would and that i didn't feel as attracted to her anymore)...
now the thing is, if i can't get olivia on her own there is no way of doing this without the rest finding out... and the mere fact that i like here can jeopardize her friendship with helen (my ex-gf)... especially since i broke up with her because i'm going and now i am hitting on her best friend...
the other thing is that i don't even know if olivia is interested or not... i haven't gotten any feedback from her since she was drunk last wednesday... it is very possible that she talked to helen about the whole deal and helen told her she didn't like it and hence olivia doesn't talk to me as intensively as she did... i have no idea... another thing i don't want is olivia getting the wrong image of me... like i got together with helen, was with her for 3 weeks, slept with her and dumped her and no i'm working my way through the group...
bleh... so now the huge question is shall i risk jeopardizing the friendship i have with helen (and the one she has with olivia) and go for it just 3 or 4 weeks before moving to another city... or just pass this through as an ego thing and see what cologne brings...
i'm hungry...

Wow, that sure is complicated. A rational person would tell you to pass this and not jump into it...  this is not the kind of situation where you make rational decisions though. Damn hard situation.
Reminds me of the time when I started dating with my girlfriend more than a year ago, she was my best friend and the ex-gf of an old friend of me. She still lived in the same flat as her ex (and my old friend) and I lived 200km away from her. It got way more complicated but I'm not going to hack your thread with my stupid love story 
I don't think it is worth the risk of losing a friend an ruining other friendships if you only go and try if it could work out and than move to cologne and dump her.
If you are almost sure she is the love of your life, you should go and get her 
I know it's not that easy and you don't know this in advance... Toss a coin??

i know helen won't be my best friend neither now nor later when i am in cologne... and well about using a chick for a shag no i don't want to be that person... as a matter of fact i'm not that person--- but as i said i didn't even consider olivia until the conversation we had last wednesday... she totally blew my mind... so it wouldn't be a sex thing... i don't know... if i could only talk to her on her own for a couple of hours and kiss her i would know if it would be worth it or not... worth jeopardizing friendships and give a serious relationship with olivia a chance... i wouldn't just sleep with her and then go...
