What should I do? I met this cool girl. Such a sweetheart. We've met once briefly at a restuarant(DENNYS! hehe) and then again shortly at the local fair, when it came to town. Well, she saw me at the bar on saturday and we eventually hooked up. We went to her place after the bar, had a good time and all that stuff. She really likes me and I definetely want to keep in touch.

Should I follow the 2-3 day rule...the period I wait until I call? Cause I really want to talk to her again soon. She dropped me off at home sunday late morning. Should I follow the rule and wait until at least tuesday or wednesday(because I already committed to the call)...or just go against it and call now? hehe

Definitely give it a few days, you don't want to make it seem like you have too much interest in her. Always works out better that way. Let her come to you. If she hasn't called you within a week, then make the phone call and act all nonchalantly about it like you'd like to see her but could care less if you actually do. :thumbup:

haha seriously, everyone was totally using that before that movie came out.

I've talked to a lot of women honestly about it and a lot of them say they won't return a call if they call the next day.  "you know a guy's to needy when he calles the very next day".  Straight from the horse's mouth  :grin:  For real, it's bull, but that how it seems to be.

Well, I already did a no no and totally comitted to call "soon".  Specifying that it would be me who made the first call.  So waiting for her to call is not an option unfortunetely.

But I like the way you think...totally sounds like a good plan to go with if I could  :thumbup:  :grin:

hey, I'm totally with you on no games...

but VERY unfortunetely...if I'm to make any REAL contact with a female...I have to play them. And yes, I truly believe that with 98% of the people around me...this holds true.

Our culture, our society is all build upon many(small and big) psychological games.

There was a time, not long ago at all, where I refused to play them. And all I did was get lonelier and lonlier while getting more detatched and more detached...while being more and more sour at how people, in general, work.

So they aren't pointless. They have gotten the ball rolling on quite a few relationships...and then from there, that's when I feel the games should stop.

funny those women didn't feel the same way. But I'm going to stick to my guns when it comes to that

Girls expect guys to play by the rules of the dating game, that's just the way it is. You'll have a hard time being successful with girls if you don't play right, unless you are very rich then you can just do whatever you want......so I would say call her when you said you would, but no sooner.
