Be very very wary of any dealing.
Shit gets out of hand (possible) or someone bitchs
(i assume you cleared it with the neighbors?)
that's a pile of shit to deal with.
But if the "balconymates" or whatever are down, and you can get away with that noise, then fuck yeah, good to go.

I only told enough, I dont trust peeps either, and am gonna be more quiet...I am only there because I am ordered to get out of going to jail..fuck the god damn laws..
