Has anybody else noticed that this website really slows down drasticaly at the top of every hour? Why is this? Is it extra busy at those times for some reason? Hmmm

What does that mean? Does this mean you have noticed this also?

It means that perhaps the server is running hourly 'programs' to maintain the system.

Personally I've never noticed this and I doubt it is actually hourly processes that are slowing it down, but thats a plausable explanation for what you are experiencing
