fruiting temps

I have my first colonized casing ready to start pinning any day now. I have kept the casing around 84-86 degrees. I have read about droping the temp to initiate pinning (which I have, to about 75). My question is do I keep the temp that low for the remainder of the fruiting process, or do I have to jack the temp back up again?

Yes, mid 70's are fine.
