I'm glad you enjoyed though.

TW: I actually love Marilyn Manson. Not really anymore, but when I was a kid I did. One of the first CD's I owned was "Portrait of an American Family", but the last album I bought of his was 1998's "Mechanical Animals". I'd go see him in concert any day though, even if I didn't know the album he was promoting. I've seen him four times; it's the live shows that make that band.

Well I don't know what he says at the EXACT scene, but I do know he says that line on a few different occasions when he's aiming a ray gun at someone.

Do you know the line?

Maybe I should just delete the line and leave the pic. The pic owns lol.

Electrode - I'm surprised, with your hate of the guitar, that you would like something as heavy as Manson. Some of his songs are pretty bad ass though. I head bang to them on occasion :tongue:

Both very good songs. Shoots and Ladders is a personal favorite off of their first album.

Hell yeah! I should actually get that album again. I know I'd still enjoy it. Except for that 'Daddy' bullshit... from what I hear, that songs a fraud.

TW: Yes, it's primarily drums and bass. It's got thick, chunky, rolling basslines, rapid crashing snares and ticking 909 cymbals, and fucking sweet ass electronic melodies. Pretty sweet shit.

That line is actually from when he uses the snowball Bazooka on Brian by the frozen lake. I can't tell for sure what line he might be using for that picture, because I don't know which gun-pointing that is.

I like his act; I think the persona is cool, and he makes me nostalgic for my shitty (yet fun) teen years. I can't say I've actuallylistened to one of his albums in years.... but I would go to a concert any day.

He's definatly an icon of whatever the hell it is he does. Not many people don't know about him, although I'm sure there's lots of differents opinions about the freak.

And Manson is a pretty sophisticated guy. He's supposed to be really intelligent, and he's a great painter.

That is very true. I love his paintings.

I think he's an egotistical psuedo-intellectual. However, I think he's an original performer, and when he's at his best, he can make some really good songs.

I also used to love NIN, and that's the one band I've always wanted to see live that I never have. I tried to buy tix to the new tour, but it sold out in like 10 minutes in Chicago. Ghey.
