MCR is horrible live anyways. All their live stuff is SHIT. The singer can't hit half the notes he does on the album, I don't know wtf is going on there.

MCR totally bailed on a show a little over a year ago. It was weak.

That's something I cannot stand. Korn was supposed to play here a few years back. They ended up ditching the show because the "venue is too small". That really pissed me off. I've never listened to a single Korn song since. Godsmack showed up a couple months later to earn some good publicity. hah.

If you want to hear a couple GOOD hardcore bands, go here. http://redplanetsound.com/news.html
I'm friends with members from the first 2 bands, Fight Amp and Gunna Vahm. They kick ass. You should check out the other songs too, though.

Dunno what kind of music or anything anyone's talking about, but 36 Crazyfists is the best band ever, and from Alaska!

I like Korn. I bought their greatest hits, it's pretty good.

I've come to the conclusion I don't like "goth rock". I don't like "screamo" or "emo" or "wtfevermo".

I like stuff that I can rock to. MCR just happens to be one of them.

That sucks dude. Totally something Korn would do. I don't know what the deal was with MCR that night, it was before their new CD so it wasn't that big of a place. I was there for Alexisonfire though. This band Avenged Sevenfold was headlining that night, but I got out of there before they went on. They're horrible.

I used to listen to Korn, about a decade ago when their first album came out. Then, 2 years later (1996) I started going to "raves", and became more focused on electronic music. By 1998, I was almost completely out of touch with rock music. I haven't heard a Korn song in ages, but I'd still like some "Blind" or "Ball-Tongue".

I hate all that is rave, trance, techno, and electronica.

Seriously.

But I love ecstacy :smirk:

I once bought tickets to a Marilyn Manson/Jane's Addiction concert. I thought that would rock.

But when you put ego's (read: cokeheads) that big together, you get cat fights. They got into some kind of argument, and cancelled the tour like 4 shows into it.

I have a girl trying like a mother to get me into techno and such lately. I'll admit the dancing is kinda cool, and I do like Infected Mushroom because they're so trippy, but it gets old.

Peace noetic!

Yeah, me too. Thank god you listed all the blanket terms and shitty genres that I despise.

I'm not into that kind of music too much. Although electrode, I did download that hour long file you put up sometime last week and I enjoyed it.

Ha, that's weak.

I was never really into Janes Addiction. Marilyn Manson has put a few songs that I like, but I don't listen to him much.

Both very good songs. Shoots and Ladders is a personal favorite off of their first album.
