Ibuprofin is very easy on your liver. 800mg is a normal perscription strength. 200mg is OTC.

The pills in question contain 750mg APAP (acet, tylonal, ect). Most vicoden type pills contain between 325-750mg of the stuff. 5500mg (about 7 of the pills in question) is enough to knock the liver levels out of wack for about 50% of people for a week or two...

Be careful with the Vicoden stuff. 2-3 for healthy non drinkers should be fine. People with low body weight, women, drinkers, ect... Should keep it at 1-2.

Basically Tylonal is a potentially VERY harmful drug. I always take Ibuprofin instead because of this.
