Why are the pre-pasteurized products actually cheaper than unpasteurized products?

It would seem that the opposite should be the case since pasteurizing is an extra process. Just wondering.

This is due to the fact that the dry product will yield about 3X it's weight after pasteurization/hydration. This means if you order 10lbs Dry and you pasteurize yourself you will wind up with about 30lbs. Not to mention the fact that the Dry product takes up allot more space (bigger boxes/higher shipping costs). I have to take all this into consideration since I only charge $8.00 Shipping for all retail orders. :wink:

did it go up?  I thought it was $5.  Not that I'm complaining, I just want to make sure I send enough to my paypal account this time to get the order taken care of quicker.  Last time it took over a week for paypal to complete the transaction before you got paid.

I had to up the shipping cost due to fuel surcharges from my shipper due to outrageous gas price due to who knows what(I'm still thinking George W. Bush :mad:). Anyway, I still have the best rates around :cool:
BTW every time someone says my site is down I double check and it is up--I don't have a clue about that one------Peace :mushroom2:

I don't know.  I tried it twice.


Works now though. 

Everyone that's reading this- this guy sells some grade A quality shit.  This is in addition to the fact that he has the best rates.  Upping the shipping price is totally understandable in todays world.  Shipping and especially delivery is going up all around us.


Bush SUX!

Ok I can't believe I said that it's cool to pay more MONEY for something that I can get for free many places all around.  But his takes the guess work out, and cuts down some man hours as well (if you get the already pasteurized)
