you gotta find a mp3 hosting site that allows hotlinking. make an account there. then upload your track and cut and paste the link they give you into your post on the shroomery.

last I checked it wasnt all that easy to find mp3 hosting that allowed hotlinking... but there are probably some out there now that myspace is all popular and people need that shit for their myspace page...

you can probably find a decent free host... google is your friend
