Refridgerating Stropharia ruguso-anulata

Hello all, I was reading on mushroompeople's site that their stropharia culture can not be refridgerated.. Does anyone know if this is true for all stropharia cultures? The one I cloned was growing wild up here in Vermont and I *KNOW* it gets WAY below freezing in the winter up here.. Sure it is under the ground, so maybe it doesnt freeze all the way, but im sure it gets down below fridge temps... Just dont want to kill my culture :smile: Thanks!
