Found these in Local Washington Watershed
    #4388237 - 07/10/05 12:27 AM (11 years, 5 months ago)

I was fishing at a small lake in the middle of a typical washington forest were i found these at the bottom of of a low hill and where growing in groups on stumps and in the ground in groups.

If anyone can identify these and if they have any recreational value i would love to hear about it.
Thanks

Definately not active, I can't help you on what it is, but it isn't the correct season for most recreational washington fungi.

Take a spore print, (cut a cap from the stem, and lay it on white computer paer, then place a glass over the cap) this will drop a ring of spores on the paper after a couple of hours, narrowing the species down, if your still intrested in identifying the mushrooms.
