Chamomile tea.

does chamomile tea have any psychoactive effects? i have some tea that contains an infusion of relaxing herbs like chamomile flower, and hibiscus petals, licorice, mint, lemongrass, and some others.
would any of these herbs produce much of an effect in an infusion of tea?

Chamomile tea noticeably relaxes me and puts me to sleep. It's not really in your face, but it's definitely noticeable, and a good way to help me nod off.
