I'm a little worried cuz I received two text messages last night at 3am saying "I'm in jail" and the other was "I'm gonna be gone for a while. Take care <3". I'm not sure who it was from since my phone is a piece of crap and it doesn't say the number of who it came from under the message. I think I know who it is cuz they had told me that their phone was being tapped by CSIS and had complained about an obscene amount of traffic passing through their computer. I called him and it automatically went to his voice mail.
I was thinking if he was in jail, he couldn't text message me but maybe he did that from the back of the cruiser or something. I don't know what the hell is going on and I'm quite nervous.
I'm really worried about him. But I guess there's nothing I can do but cross my fingers and hope he's alright. This sucks.

Because he's on the other side of Canada. Otherwise, I would. And yeah, I think he is fucked. He called me and he has to go to court. He thinks he'll be going away for a while.

CSIS is more a version of the CIA than the FBI, I think.
The RCMP is our version of the FBI.
If your friend is in trouble with CSIS, he's in some serious trouble

thats not good. theres only TWO things they do that for.
and hackers usually know how to keep the spying off their DB.

If it were kiddie pron, CSIS would be the ones to find it, and RCMP would be the ones to do the arresting. A friend of mine who host's 4 terabytes as a free service to people recently was arrested because csis did find kiddie porn, but it was placed there by a anonymous user. This was found out by checking the log files and he was released because it was proven that it was not his. The RC's were the ones to bust his door down though.
He said it was the worst 3 weeks in jail though..

Yeah, you're right. That's what I meant (CIA) cuz it's the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service or something.. Anyway, no it wasn't illegal porn. Let's just say he knows his way around a computer.

People at work got arrested for kiddy porn. Apparently some nummy 16 year old titties popped up, probably on some stupid site like nexopia or whatever.... but yeah, they got arrested and there was a friggen federal investigation. They're serious about that stuff!
