good hunting tips (pics i hope)

when i found my first shroom i was stoked and i just snatched it up and carried on that terrible habit now that i have alot of knowledge i realized i was ripping the mycelium right out wth them and over not long you will pick you field dry. you will see in these pics that i ripped out all the life with the shroom, so please cut or snap the shroom and while you're at it give the cap a flick or tap to improve your future picking.

hmm thats a really interesting article and i guess true but sometimes other shrooms are growing on the same blob of mycelium that you dont even see and if you pick it out its problably not worth eating and in a few days it could be a full grown beauty but hey i guess we can hunt how we want.
