too cold

trying to colonise some jars in my drawer, but the temp won't be above 70. Don't suspose anyone knows of a way to heat a drawer with little effort money?

and no i can't just turn the heating up

Can you toss a heating pad in the drawer and snake the power cord out the back somehow? If you can try that, just make sure the jars are not directly on the pad.

Put your jars in a plastic bag. The colonizing jars create their own heat. A cooler is better yet. Do not use a heating pad.

its a pad that heats up :) really, you use them for sore bodies and to warm parts of yourself- you can get them at pharmacies and drugstores...

stealth is no problem. Just have them in drawer as it is dark.
Thanks for advice, will see about getting a heating pad today.
