The rage of a 15 year old.
    #4093061 - 04/24/05 08:36 PM (18 years, 10 months ago)

Just found this in an old log of diary entries:

A YOUTHS PERSPECTIVE.

Western civilization is a tyranny mascarading as a democratic society. Commercialization produces a false sense of economic security in addition to numbing sensitivity. Globalization thrives off the weak minded. Social sterility exemplifies its self through mindless thoughtlessness and persuasions and glamorizations of violence. Blasphemous media corrupt open minds at a rapid rate. Freedom of society is a cliche for power struggles and brainwashing."Politically correct"(sheltered) images of quasi-conforming are encouraged. Varieties of individuality through expressionism are frowned down upon. Image, economic stability, and appearance Define (true?) success. The government among other peers not only practice and enthuse themselves with corruption and antonymous acts. Expressionism through mind state is a dying form(ie. Mass hypoesthesia!). Fear is the widespread education tool of choice. Corruption attains goals and solves problems and is readily aspired to. Honesty is a lost hope. False truths are commonly accepted. Morals are bred and instructed rather than developed and refined. Suppression creates generalizations through close minded followers. Probability of morals and exercised intelligence determine ones "social" acceptance. Omniscient minds follow leaders of losers. Popularity fore comes inertiac minds. Goals are set yet rarely attained. Intelligent acts are at an all time low. A mind is a valuable weapon...why waste it?.....stay dangerous....think freely! Through years of refinement in relation to modernization the world has by definition been globalized unwillingly. Our step into the age of technology see's us being run by the technology! Capitalism is a driving force in our ever more rampant plagiarized existence. When the economy fuels success, morals are lost, and basic decency is eliminated.....The western(civilized) world as a whole have developed a regimen of power control and false truths in which to fulfill society's empty being. This "system" has been continuously evolved, refined, defined and adapted to accommodate a larger majority. Through the process of refinements we(the people) are promised democracy yet are never fulfilled. Supposedly the system creates democracy and justice for society, but rather, in turn for social rights, opinions and images, they receive a globalized world, corrupt leaders, false truths and an irreverently pathetic economy and existence. Complications gained through thoughtlessness are varied yet diverse and widespread. However these serious issues created are sporadically addressed let alone corrected. Not only is democracy perverted into a form of corruption, but, justice, order, effective law, financial prosperity, safety, and success are also compromised! False hopes are absorbed rampantly through the media who broadcast random absolutely incredulous rants created to please the public. However the media presents this information so readily, believable and in an eye catching manner that the public readily believes, accepts and finds no reason to doubt. However, there is a lack of doubt partially due to stupidity and doubt would go against the government which keeps people secure as a sheltered beings. **********************************

All current main powers in society such as religion and government are run as a hierarchy/oligarchy. As a result of few and powerful government officials whom are aging, wealthy, egotistical, closeminded yet omniscient slaves for society, new ideas are often condemned, counter culture is wrong, and change is bad. Yet as these individuals sit in such positions of power their opinions and beliefs are re-layed to the public where it is then accepted, trusted and believed as mainstream thoughts. These individuals are so out of touch with a majority of society that most often laws, bills, and regulations (guidelines) which are supposed to benefit society, benefit a certain minority and create barriers for mainstream society. If closely examined the governments goal is not to please society, nor correct the problems caused by themselves which have manifested throughout society, but rather to benefit the minority of do-gooders, and benefit financially at all costs.

Supposedly the government follows moral law and should be seen as role models. Yet in fact the government often follow moral values which have been and are often adjusted to their needs. Politicians can/are/and will be seen as role models who teach the younger generations greed, corruption, lying, and modern morals of cheating, violence, and illicit acts among others. When acceptance is encouraged yet not practiced in politics, society tends to follow the example. Often this same technique is used in the rebellion against the politically unfit power starving leaders. The truth: If a mass doubt swept the nations perhaps democracy could reveal it self. A mass regicide could open some eyes and bring out the lies!

Government as a whole are looking and effectively creating power! It may be true that power can keep order and perhaps even peace by a means of fear. Yet power also creates generalizations, corruption, power struggles, and rebellion. Politicians who appear as omniscient leaders often glamorize or generalize minorities, beliefs, statements etc.( Ie. Freethinkers are dangerous, youth are mindless, and politics create better society.) While all of these points are justifiable through generalized images, the opposite is also true for feelings of the governments control, lies, corruption, prejudice, and close-mindedness, among others. However, the difference is that we have no defense aside from expression and honesty in order to protect ourselves with where as the government has the media and the public to defend them. However, the people are not to blame! In today's world driven by currency and a fright of economic decline, the people have no time to think, discuss, or mearly consider what is feed to them through a 24 hour barrage of media as lies. This feed is so constant of edited perfection the people have no reason to doubt what is told to them. What the people don't know, is that the government is admittedly controlling the media and therefore what is released to you! In order to reveal the truth there would have to be extensive research done, which the average person has no desire or time to do. Every belief, opinion, or issue is heavily defined, addressed, and refined excluding those issues of importance regarding the governments faults. **************************************

Perhaps it may be true that a majority of youth are mindless, inconsiderate, prejudice, and completely un/mis-informed, yet in defense we can say this: We take after the role models in the public's eye. Yet contrary to popular belief not all youth are mindless. A small minority resort to creative and effective measures in which to express themselves and their beliefs. Youth are easily written off as being anti-social, despite the fact that being a youth brings out natural rebellion, questioning, discovery, and curiosity. Youth also have time and resources in which to examine issues and matters in which determine our entire futures. Youth are also supposedly in search for a spiritual, factual, and political medium. As a result of a everlasting search for "guidance," we accept what we choose yet we accept on our own terms! Youth whom appear as anti-social "beings" often choose to appear this way because they do not want to degrade themselves as low as there peers. Being portrayed as anti-social is much better than being portrayed as mindless, superficial, and corrupt. Despite the fact that the youth are the future, we are constantly pelleted with false information on success, morals, and set goals in which to achive, yet that information is distributed through very outlets of perpetual lies, mistrust, corruption, and superficiality. When information is readily accepted without thought that is the true mis-justice. They have discovered that youth have a willingness to learn and supposedly to accept guidance........Our guidance is the lies in which are fed to us through outlets including school. Free speech and expressionism is encouraged until exercised then it is taken as a joke. Youth are commonly attributed with freethinking. Freethinking is a dying form of expressionism. Somehow society views having, truth, morals, and standards, as being incomprehensibly wrong. Freethinking endangers the power of the government and therefore is frowned upon. It truly eliminates all suppression, generalizations, and most corruption. It may be true that it is not perfect, yet having an open mind and adaptable personality is better than what exists currently. Freethinking has been in place for hundreds of years yet only recently has it been accepted without the serious consequences, humiliation and false accusations are all that is to be suffered now! Unlike those who condemn us without just reason, freethinkers accept all, yet may simply disagree with others opinions. Agreement under personal term creates a new confusion for those whom don't practice this given right! ****************************************

In a pathetic, yet effective attempt to create a future free of counter thought, public schools create an atmosphere of suppression and fear. The teachers Breed thoughts into children beginning at the age of 5. Those who are perceived as the epitome of perfection(teachers) are viewed as trustworthy, kind, and successful individuals, infact they are often lazy, unethical, and ignorant bodies of whom we(the youth) are encouraged to aspire to be. The children are forced by law to attend and while in attendance are fed lies of the perfect world, and the governments freedom mission, and honor. Teachers are skeptical of knowledge, and teach predaciously. Mainly using the power intrusted in them, teachers often use and, abuse, fear and, intimidation as the main technique to keep order and, teach. They dismiss counter thought, and different perspectives, apparent and relative to the student. Teachers create followers aswell as hate. They thrive off the fear, and when the cycle is broken by a student who thrives of the teachers ignorance and anger an uprising of hate is brought upon that individual. We are instructed to form a segragation and those who don't apparently are wrong-do'ers. That individual is then looked upon for all problems caused. Schools are a way of insuring a successful future of terrified society.

Despite varying opinions one fact remains; Schools are run by the same people whom created and run the prison system. The schools are not as strict as jail yet are designed around the same principle of fear and suppression. However the similarities also include A dress code, premisses invasion, and a system in which the losers are beat down and the supposedly successful students(inmates) are praised. The schools don't educate they lie and suppress! They don't teach survival, or interaction, they teach you what goals to achive, how to spend your money, and how to stay successful in societies eyes! Half the battle in schools is trying to keep control.........rather reminiscent of prisons! How do i feel? What do i say? Apparently through mindless ignorance it all goes away!

Damn. Pretty nice piece coming from a 15 year old. I'm guessing this is yours, headset, right? If so I can see why you'd take offense to Noviseer's asinine comment of growing up to be a republicrat. You were on the right track then, and I'd bet you're still there now

HEadset, I hope some day you become a teacher. Not for the ironic factor, but because anyone can become a teacher, and if more people like you decided to, the shit might finally hit the fan!

I kid, I kid

Alls I'm saying is, there are tons of fifteen year olds I knew with the same mentality, that grew up to become conservatives.  Really a good piece of writing.  There's something amazing about the first time your realize what culture you've actually landed in, and what the history of the west is all about.  Takes a long time to sort it all out, and no one really ever can.

yeah, its weird... i thought that was crap when i was 16, then i just sold drugs and wore collars and got kicked out.. and fucked up my life. Its weird looking back on those ideas - ive still got them, but in lesser words....

Way too many explanation marks, and too harsh without justification - but true enough...

i hope i can find proper use of thesaurus soon.
