ey mate

deal is, i cloned lots of mush myself using peroxided agar,
check this link for it:
http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/23462

by maintaining aseptic technics you can get results just like that:

thats actually 2nd transfer from tissue, well look below hehe:
1.) tissue extration on peroxide agar

2.) first transfer of colonised agar to fresh plate

3.) final transfer of yummy secors

anyway, you CAN clone without flowhood/glovebox, read that link.

cloning using the substrate is something thats more or less fishy because
first off, it wouldnt really be a clone.
it would more be like a "transferred multispore inoculation".
if you wanted to do that, i wouldnt use SPENT substrate as it is somewhat
more likely to carry contams than fresh.

Cause if Id clone them, then why not just make a sporeprint?

well im sure you know that cloning and sporeprinting are two entirely different
things and you just did a little type error in there right?

any more questions?

Your proposing cloning as a general method I should do anyhow(although on my cubs), but this does not have anything to do with the spore-bearing characteristics of a Mex A.(Which I conclude as being fine)

could you paraphrase this, i somehow do not get what you mean?

btw, if you want to talk, hit me on irc.shroomery.org channel #cultivation
