I'm coming off of benzos now, and it's a slow, gradual process. Sucks you had to go to rehab for it. I've been solid with my commitment and its not hard, but I can see how it could be. If it wasn't for a mushroom trip I had I wouldn't be getting off of them now, so don't underestimate t3h :mushroom2:

ps - and it's not a "I don't want to be on drugs anymore" thing, it's a "Wow, I don't need these anymore but I don't want to have seizures."

1 year? I got popped with ~100 Dexedrine and I signed myself out of rehab after 10 days. I jetted as soon as they told me I was going to a halfway house after. I took 3 years probation as a consequence but IMO it was well worth it.
