ok my bro is in grade 12 and he has to sell something for his marketing class, condoms, Red bull, and cellphone earpieces have already been shot down, he must invest his own money and any loss he takes is his own, any Ideas what he could sell and make money without investing a whole lot, or voilating the law

One liner pens...Pens with hilarious one line jokes on them. (Cheap, and funny, you could get people to pay a buck for one maybe.). I was thinking mix/cd's, yet the law is not favorable with that. If you want to just buy bulk of an existing product, and make money on the retail; I-pod's are huge right now, selling accessories that aren't common; and have appeal, will definitely do well.

I sold Cell Phone Antennae Boosters for my marketing class in grade 12. I got them at 0.01 cents a peice and inflated the price and sold them for $5-10.00 to teachers and students.
