How to piss off credit card companies

So I'm young and have damn near perfect credit. Last time I checked my score was in the upper 700's. The benefit of this is I can easily get loans, new credit cards, whatever. The downside is that I don't want a new loan or credit card, yet I receive at least, at least 3 offers for a new credit card in any given week. I'm sick of getting this shit.

So I remembered a long time ago somebody saying that if you get CC offers in the mail and you don't want them any more just return the envelope they sent to you, except stuff it with some junk mail. Ya know, those coupons you usually get weekly, or pizza fliers. I did not have any junk mail handy, but I do have some shredded paper! So out the door goes 3 shredded paper filled envelopes to 3 ver annoying CC companies. I wonder how long it will be until they stop sending me offers....

lol I've heard that before too, just keep sending that crap back... Damn, I wish CC companies would send me some credit cards, I need one!

Another good way to piss them off is just to steal from them :wink:

Call up a random hotel somewhere (preferably a 5-star place with lots of posh rich-white-men customers):

"Hello! XXXXX Hotel!"

"Hello! This is VISA operator number L-1645, to whom am I speaking?"

"This is so-and-so, at the front desk."

"Well so-and-so, we've been having some problems here with our card-reading software. We're worried that we haven't recieved the customer info on recent purchases. Have you run any cards through in the past half hour?"

"Well, yes, I just charged several rooms on a VISA!"

"Oh, shoot! Do you still have the printouts?"

"Hang on a moment...ok I've got them."

"Well then we can get this fixed, don't worry! What I'm going to need from you is the card info along with the customer name and address for the cards you've put through in the past half hour."

"Ok, the first one is..."


But yeah, you never heard it from me.

My favorite way to piss CCC's off is to not get a CC.

They don't care. I worked for Citicards and all the little tricks that people did to piss us off never mattered. One guy called in and was bitching saying that he'd been wiping his ass with the checks he was writing to pay his account (minimum payment, default interest, 21.99%APR, 55K balance), he wanted to know why we never said anything. Well Einstein, a computer opens your bill, OCR scans your check, does an EFT and burns the checks. Good prank.

i actualy used to work for the largest credit card company in the world and there are lots of little tweeks that you can do to realy iritate the company. filing lots of charge disputes for instance for minor annoyances. if you realy want to urk them over pay your bill by a few thousands dollars and have them refund the money after a month(interest is included here)and do this regularly. down side is they will eventualy suspect your laundering money however if you use a good bank check they cant actualy investigate it as the money would have to be legit to be banked. also taking out a huge loan at 0% interest with no transaction fee and just mailing it back 2 weeks later before the billing period ends.
